I am having spinal cord problems! I think!

So, I all day, all around my body, It feels like I’m constantly getting a small electric shock.  Not enough to hurt or kill you or anything, just enough to be able to feel it.  And my spine hurts.  Is my brain taking drugs?
Anyway, Photoshop camp, FTW.
