So, I was eating a cucumber today…

And I just realized how good they are!  Their seeds are nice and soft, the skin is hard, but soft at the same time.  Is that even possible?  And the juicy inner part!  Mmm…delicious!  The best part is how you can make them into pickles, which are one of the best foods available!  With their salty saltiness, and how they can be covered in spices, oh I want one NOW! Oh well, we aren’t going shopping for a few days… :(  How will I live?

I wonder if it’s possible to make a pickle made out of celery…

  6. Yes, you can make Pickled Celery. There is a such thing as pickled pigs’ feet, so I would assume anything you could cram in a jar could in fact be pickled.
